Does this look like LS?

Please help, I'm really freaking out. It doesn't hurt or itch, but I noticed that when I stretch the skin of my vulva, it gets wrinkly and paler. I've booked a GUM appointment, but all I'm doing is obsessively checking my private areas with a mirror, I feel like i'm going mad.

That doesn’t look to bad I know it’s a scary condition to have. don’t freak out. Keep it well moisturised. I get sore alot hurts with sex and when I pee. I’m having an o Shot next week that’s meant to regenerate new cells help healing look into that

Thank you for replying! I haven’t actually been diagnosed with anything, I was just wondering if it looked normal as it’s not causing any symptoms. For all I know, it could have been like this my whole life and i’m now freaking out about it because I paid attention to it.

This doesn’t look like anything more than stretched skin to me. I am pretty sure most skin looks paler when pulled like that.
If you have no symptoms of anything then you are probably fine.

Stephanie - please share your O-shot results. I’m super curious how that works out for you. I’ve gone back and forth about trying it. Have you had it done before?

No I haven’t what made you not get it. I’ve seen clips on you tube and a couple of ladies reviews they sounded good. It’s expensive $1800 NZD and Last about a year , I thought I’ll give it ago if it helps great if it doesn’t at least I’ll know. Let’s hope it does.

Stephanie - I haven’t tried it yet because I was just diagnosed in May - and I’m still in the process of healing my white patches, etc… with clob. I want to wait until I see my doctor in November to see how my LS is doing. The real reason I would want to get the O-shot - is because my clitoris has lost sensitivity AND my orgasms SUCK. From what I’ve read - the O-shot helps with that… so if the stuff I’m doing right now to fix this (Borax baths, estrogen cream, and clob) doesn’t help my sensitivity to come back, etc… then I will seriously consider getting the O-shot (even though I can’t afford that right now! )
So - I’m giving myself a little more time before doing something drastic (because getting a shot on my clitoris and spending $1800 - and not knowing for sure that it’ll help - sounds drastic to me right now!)
I hope it works for you - and I can’t wait to hear your results.
