Does this look like penile Lichen Sclerosus (BXO)?

Hi all, lately I’ve been very stressed and worried and don’t know what to do. I have been suspecting that I have penile LS for a few months now. I am 24 and have noticed the following symptoms:

  • weird coloring around the frenulum and tip of the foreskin . I don’t know if this is normal variation or not
  • small blood spots on my glans after masturbation (I read LS can cause petechaes)
  • redness on glans after exercise

Please give your opinion on what I should do. There is no itching or pain currently.

I can’t see anything abnormal. The first photo only shows a small collection of Fordyce spots.

You say you have noticed changes to the skin of the glans, but only in relation to exercise or masturbation. If you had lichen sclerosis, the petechiae and the scarring that are typically associated with the condition are constant- they don’t come and go with exercise or masturbation.
