Does this look like warts?

Itchy all the time

does not resemble genital warts. The small bumps look like fordyce spots. how long have they been there? when did the itching start? any discharge

Approx 2.5 years. Itching started fairly well around the same time. White creamy discharge almost constantly.

I came off the minipill around that time.

its more than likely a yeast infection.
