Does this look normal? Help me

A year ago I had unprotected sex with my partner (I only went in once without condom then I put it on)
Like a week later we break up
A month later she calls me and said she went got checked and had a yeast infection because of unprotected sex and said that i should not be worried or anything but the doctor suggested (her partner should get treatment as well) and she sent me her medicine in case I wanted to know. I had no symptoms or anything I was scared and didn’t go to doctor or anything.
now it’s on my mind everyday. I’ve been googling and seeing stuff and reading about infections/balantis/stds and I freaked out
I think I see some glossy spots and some red spots (I’m not sure)
No other symptoms no itching
Should I go check myself?

The only symptoms you have on your penile skin is dryness - for most uncircumcised males this is linked to over-use of body cleaning products such as soap and shower gel.
For most of the day is the head of your penis fully exposed or usually covered by your foreskin … ?

Covered

At the moment it cannot be ruled out that you have something going on with the skin on the head of your penis - however you state that you had no symptoms following the unprotected 1 year ago.
What I would do is try to limit contact with any form of body wash such as soap and shower gel for the upper part of your penis at least. Keep the head of your penis covered when you shower, clean everywhere else on your body first and fully rinse.
Then expose the head of your penis and wash it with the running shower water, rub with the inside of your hand, fingers and fingertips to clean. The other essential is making sure the head and foreskin is completely dried after every time you wash.
Get yourself some Liquid Coconut Oil that is for use on skin - 99% pure is probably the best you can get - and apply a very light coating after your shower. Try twice weekly to start with and see if this improves the general quality of your penile skin.
You will need to do this consistently for 4 or 5 months to see if improvement takes place …
