I have this little growth above my vagina opening and i’m not sure if its normal please help?

no discomfort, and i think its just skin tissue.
Hard to tell exactly from this picture but I’m pretty sure that is your urethral opening. Just below it should be the opening of your vaginal canal nothing to worry about.
