it looks possible to be balanitus. its in men who are uncut vs cut. im cut but had it. im a diabetic and being my urine has sugar it can feed the bacteria. i bought max strength emuaid, google it. it is $$ buf worked well
if this does not clear in 3 weeks go see a doctor - you could try the emuaid - but again, if no result or it gets worse check with a doctor
