Does this looks like a hpv case? Help please

yesterday i was looking at my pubic area skin and i noticed a light flesh colored spot i had it for a month or a little more, so i put it some ice on it and now looks like this, i had protected sex 3 months before, but as it is on my pubic area i know hpv can be in parts where the condom not cover it, hope you can find me out to know what this is, thank you before image

I don’t think it looks like HPV . I have a spot on the corona kind of like that. I had a dermatologist take a look and she said it was either neither skin color variation or vitiligo.
