i've been diagnosed with and treated for high grade cervical dysplasia my last check was january 2020. ive already made an appointment with my gyn. but its a few days out and my mind is on overload

Your pic looks fine and normal but it would be impossible to tell from one pic if there were any suspicious cells. Only a biopsy of your cervical cells can tell you that. I’m sure you will be given a thorough examination and a smear taken. Dont worry.
