Last Monday, I had sex with a girl with a Condom vaginally. Orally, the condom was off. I noticed a lesion or two on her skin but she has lupus. The day after I woke up hot as hell for no reason with an ache in my groin then went back to sleep. It was like my body was in an oven but then it went away instantly. Like a hot flash. It hasn’t happened since. About two days later it started to feel like there was fluid trapped in my penis so I went to the ER and they treated me for Gonnorhea/Chlamydia with Azithromycin and something else. (rosephine I think). I’d like to note that there is zero discharge. Since then the fluid being trapped feeling is gone. However, there has been this ache in the left base of my penis that I also feel in my left big toe. I also noticed two very red spots on my inner thigh the second day after seeing her(like tiny) but they never blistered or anything. They just disappeared. My lymph nodes are not swollen. I do find mysel urinating quite a bit like 10-12 times a day. But I don’t have trouble passing urine or it doesn’t burn. I had a tingle sensation in my genital area but I can’t relate that because I have anxiety and I felt that tingle before I was even sexually active. Sometimes I also notice a slight sting or itch in pubic area. But it comes and goes. I also notice my boxer s mind of give of an itch feeling when they are too tight. Actually all of these symptoms come and go after I had sex with this girl. Could all this be anxiety related or are these prodromal symptoms? Idk I hope not. I read in a few places online that prodromal symptoms usually don’t last but a few days. If mine were prodromal it would literally be a week now. Still no lesions. Could the antibiotics just be taking a while? I was treated Saturday night. It’s now Wednesday morning. Some insight would be great. Thanks in advance.
