Does this sound like a normal panic attack.

So I've been thinking.. back to my first panick attack and I just realized something that I've never told the doctors. Mostly because I didn't know how to describe it, secondly because I forgot about it. But I got it again last night so now it's concerned me.  When it first started happening, I was laying on my bed chewing on the inside of my mouth. This sounds weird and gross as heck, but I was bored so I started sucking the blood out of where I was chewing and I just got this really shocking feeling that went all through my head, like adrenaline I suppose. It was so strong it made me sit up, I had no idea what it was. I couldn't get the taste of blood out of my mouth, and it scared me even though I didn't see any. Genuinely shooken up I made myself tea to try to get the taste out and I took a sip and it tasted like blood and I couldn't even drink it because it gave me that adrenaline feeling. The rest of the night I had panic attack symptoms, racing heart, shaking, blah blah blah. But last night I got the bad taste again and the adrenaline feeling and I'm just like. :-)

I'm 15yo female. I've had blood tests done and all, and it's normal. Does this sound concerning? I really feel like I should've told the doctors..

Your best bet would be to speak with a counselor who specializes in anxiety and stress.  Something is most likely bothering you deep down and the counselor can help you deal with this.

The adrenalin feeling is caused by anxiety and it won’t hurt you.

The symptoms are your body’s way of telling you that there’s too much stress.
