I have have like this pain in top left arm/shoulder for about 2 and half days as well as a burning sensation on the left side of my neck that sometimes feels warm to touch and a redness to it. I also have what I think is a blind pimple on my upperleft arm but I can't imagine that would cause this. I am 18 and have been dealing with health anxiety (heart arrythmia related) for two months now. Please help. Thanks.
Joints that are warm to touch can be inflamed. Have you done anything to it: Either way if it’s worrying you than go to the doctors or a walk in Centre. Don’t sit and constantly think about it as this is going to make your anxiety worse x
