Does this sound like anxiety to you?

Okay, so about a year ago (a little more) I began getting pain in my head and neck. They told me this was stressed and for a few months (October-Christmas) they calmed down. This week the pains came back. It is quite often behind my eye or on the top of my head. I also have a twitch in my face and hands, it happens in different places are my mouth and eyes and fingers (occasionally elsewhere in my body). Yesterday my stomach became very acidy and today it is the same, I woke up feeling a little sick (it feels a bit like morning sickness, but I know I'm not pregnant -Impossible).

I have also had a slightly upset stomach, its not loose but going more often than usual.

It probably sounds a bit ridiculous but I am terrified of brain tumours and my symptoms scare me. The doctors did a basic test to check my nerves around my face (moving eyes, tongue, touching my face and checked my eyes with a light) and just told me it doesn't seem likely that it's worrying. How do I stop worrying? Can my doctors be sure just from that small test?

Head and neck pain can defiantly be caused my stress or posture, if your still worrying go get an MRI scan in sure it's nothing I'm dealing with the same atm because all your worrying is putting more stress on it and keeping the pain going, for the other stuff I can't help you with

My doctor didn't want to give me any kind of head scan, as they said my eyes responded properly and aren't concerned. I do hope it's just stress, as I have a huge fear of brain tumours.

Don't worry its most likely stress but to save you stressing more and just inI case go see another doctor and get an MRI scan you can get it bulked billed.
