Does this sound like anxiety

Here lately I been experiencing something totally new to me then my usual anxiety that I've had basically all my life. I'll try to explain the best I can I can me sitting standing laying ect doesn't matter if I'm calm walking or anything I get this feeling off and on all day long in my chest and throat mainly my chest. It feels like I flutter but not really i mean apart from the racing off and on and the palps I have daily this is different it's more like excitement feeling without the excitement or like I'm just topping over a rollercoaster. It's not real intense but it comes over and over and with this I have a slight sensation that I need to swallow but that isn't everytime with this . It's really scaring me as to what it is if this is involatary anxiety how do I stop this it's driving me nuts and it feels horrible. My ekg was normal not even two weeks ago. I just want to feel normal and I haven't in a long long time.

I have it too... It's anxiety we all get it

To equipt yourslf here the easy part of the this DRINK water and lots of it. Half your body weight in ounces. That has to be dine daily out fruit in it to taste better and hydrate better. Lemons are good. Add apricots, avacadoes and bananas to your daily diet. This adds natural magnessium and potassium couples with water your body will be pleased. That will help your body out.  Anxiety is cruel and the body gets very busy reacting to it so in all fairness at the very least be sure to arm your body so it can biunce back and handle it better. As for the anxiety itself it comes with tons of symptoms. By now you are feeling those. Traditional meds, alternatuve meds and route, therapy, cbt, act, reiki and yoga so many choices, point is learn self calming skills with whatever resonates with you, if needed meds. The fight or flight response is involentary response to percieved danger. All you got here is your hierarchy of thinking to manage it thats on you to learn skills and tools and it can over ride the automatic response after a while of donr correctly by retraining it ot using meds or both.

Thank you for replying I'll try these things

It doesn't feel like anxiety does it? Scares me thinking it's my heart this is def new too me I never had my anxiety to develop in this form before. And def not without a trigger it's just a constant thing. My anxiety always came in the form of nausea racing heart internal shakes hyperventilating. This seems to have came out of no where and doesn't stop I can be trying to go on with life but it always stops me from doing things as im terrified it's something that's been missed by DR's.i don't know if anyone else has this also but I can feel my heart beating constantly wether it's racing or not. I know this has made me more aware of my heart due to the above symptom never stopping
