Can anybody relate to this? I'm putting it down to trapped wind - up my keft and side of my back it hurts

I suffer with ibs and hurts across my ribs and back. Think it's cos my anxiety has been mental these past two days
I suffer from ibs and it can cause back pain I get bad pain in my upper tummy get some colpermin from your local pharmacy or shops there only peppermint oil but they relive me within half hour of taking them if you worried go doctors and they will examine your belly if you get heartburn alot it might also be acid reflux
I been having full, bloated feeling in my lower abdomen for a few days I wonder if its trapped gas
