Don't feel any better in fact worse

So I need some further advice please. Obviously everyone knows my situation right now but my latest thing is I keep getting random memory/dream flashbacks and it makes me feel nervous when it happens. It is almost like a form of deja vu.

Could this really be anxiety that can cause this type of thing? Temporal lobe seizures ive heard can cause this and although i have had tests over the years this is still bothering me.

What is the likelihood of me of having a gran mal seizure by now if this was seizures?

I am 39 years old and have had these issues start in the last 7 years before then I didnt get this. What could cause this?

it’s not seizure because after all these years you would’ve had one by now. You are focusing on what it could be instead of what is the most logical explanation.
And what are the facts. The facts are that you’ve had the symptoms for seven years with no seizure. The other fact is that you have been thoroughly checked out.
another fact is that so many people get the deja vu and memory flashbacks with anxiety and stress. I got them all the time.
once I started learning how to manage my anxiety and stress, they diminished but occasionally it still happens. I don’t overreact to it I just let it be.
and another fact is that you are wasting years and years of your life with needless worry. Why don’t you just go along in life and enjoy it. That’s what I’m doing and then if something comes along then I deal with it at that time.
none of us know what the future brings. But worrying about it is a useless emotion because it doesn’t change anything it just makes you miserable.
Why don’t you CHALLENGE yourself? instead of falling back into the pit of fear. Climb out of it! Let it go. When you get a déjà vu or flashback just accept it in a calm way and MoveOn. That’s what I do. You can even laugh about it. The worst reaction is when you stress over it because then your anxiety increases. Ride it out and it’s no big deal. Then go do something you enjoy . repeat this every single time your mind goes negative! The more you do this the stronger your mind will become.

Hello Johnathon

Generally many adults can suffer DaJa Vu, I am always having something similar, We spend a great deal of time visiting old houses and castles at this time of year and we sometimes cross over our thoughts when we visit like designed properties. Certain periods, Georgian sometimes makes one of us feel we have been somewhere before and this can be unsettling sometimes. So now we purchase the Guide book and we can relate to the two same properties. The problem can be the same when we go on holiday so now I try to move on from those periods.

If you are that unsettled talk to your Doctor however consider it is just the brain with its different thought processes.
