First time time I noticed it, I was 17 and it appeared over night. I didn't asked for help because I was scared what will other think. couple years passed, and I joined military because there was a draft if you are 18-27 and not studying, you can get drafted and you lose your job. I then tried to use antifungal skin cream for two months, but it didn't work. now another two years passed and it spread from just the foreskin on to the head of a penis. Now it's been a week since I started using psoriasis repair cream, because I remembered when I was 5-6 I had some sort of skin disease on my scalp where it was dry, only difference it was itchy. but this one on my penis isn't it is when dried silky smooth and very thin. I think Psoriasis cream worked and that white skin is cracking and pealing off. but my concern is head of a penis it didn't change at all, and it almost reaches urethra. (Note since military change my hygiene products to ph neutral it spread when I did it, have showers everyday sometimes every second day, I am not circumcised, and I have never had sex because I was afraid of this).
This is lichen sclerosus and you have to be visited by a dermatologist. You have to circumcise and use ultra potent steroid cream
Hi Hidan I think it is lichen sclerosus you need to have it checked and diagnosed with a urologist or dermatologist ASAP This is very important you do this and don't leave it any longer.
Agree with Ivan, certainly get medical attention as you risk losing your foreskin to it if you can get it under control.
Generally if your still in the military, you will get good medical help. But if you're in Korea, be careful as like America, they think circumcision is the answer to everything.
Whether you are cut or not, the treatment & control will be the same because of how much is spread on your glands.
You still clearly have full foreskin functionality, so circumcision shouldn't be needed.
I am from Lithuania, not in military anymore, and didn't ask for help there because it's very public in first month there, two guys found ticks, on one it was at the tip of his penis and for another on his testicles. 3 days passed and from 3 Medical personal that removed tics. Whole battalion(500 people) knew who those two guys are and where they found ticks. So I didn't went there
That was a good reason for not seeing the military medics.
It was dumb decision, draft lasts for 9 months and in two last months everyone tries to get their teeth fixed for free and etc thought to go on last month, but after 5.5months corona started, everyone quarantined and medics didn't allow anyone in( exception really bad injury -broken arms, legs)
That also makes sense and would have been the least embarrassing way. Shame coronavirus got in the way. Hopefully you're looking for a dermatologist now (or a doctors appointment to get a referral).
Hi Rob, I suspect Hidan may have had phimosis in the past or it is at least uncomfortable for him as it is now. and unfortunately in some cases the foreskin becomes unusable as the condition progress even with treatment. In Hidan case it has spread to the glans around the frenulum area the main objective now is to keep it from the meatus and urethra if this means having a circumcision along with steroid creams I would definitely consider it! And hopefully that would stop it for spreading any more.
Mate, make yourself a favour, go to a dermatologist or urologist and ask instantly for a circumcision, remove the affected area on the foreskin and after use an ultra-potent steroid cream on the part on the head, you should heal totally.
