So sorry to hear about this. Well, it’s not the end of the world you know, some people have it way worse than you. You are not alone. Try doing a little at a time. Get a sheet of paper and write small goals you want to achieve and checked them off as you complete them. For example:
Day 1= Look out the window ✅
= Open the door ✅
= Take 3 Steps Etc.......
Day 2= Walk 5 steps outside
=Etc........
thanks for the reply will try these steps out no clue why haven't tried this out before thanks.
You are so welcome Rossg!
Please keep me informed about your progress.
Best wishes for you

Hi. I feel your pain. I'm changing to another antidepressant in the hope that it will bring more stability to my life. I have learned though therapy that anxiety cannot be beaten through meds alone but through rewiring the brain via gradual exposure therapy. There's a great website: get.gg, where you will find loads of information about anxiety: what causes it, how it is sustained, coping mechanisms and solutions. Small steps, every day, will eventually make a huge difference. Hope this helps. Keep fighting, keep hope alive and you will get better xx
