don’t know what sores are

I thought I had a mix of UTI and yeast infection after having intercourse five days ago. but today sores appeared on the inside of my vagina. is that normal for uti or yeast infection?!

The photo you posted looks like herpes blisters and clusters. However yeast infection can also cause a rash but it’s not always common. I would get to the doctor ASAP and have your sores swabbed.
