ive noticed it before a while ago on the shaft of my penis, but didnt give no mind to it since it did not itch or felt irritated so i dont belive its herpes or warts. But im curious as to what it may be still? i just pulled it off and a little bit of blood came out but after nothing. No pain or anything so im wondering if its a skin tag or something?
