Don’t know where these lesions came from!!

So I am not circumcised and have been feeling some discomfort on my foreskin. I pulled the skin all the way back and found these white/clear flat not bubbly lesions on my forskin. Any idea what it could be?

I’m currently at work and will take another pic ASAP.

I’m just worried it could be HPV or something. There’s irritation and discomfort on that area.
