Hello all,

this is is probably a really stupid question but I have moved from 10 to 20mg a month ago for the second time. I am running out of 20mg tablets but I have loads of 10mg left from before I upped my doseage. Is taking 2 10mg just the same as taking 1 20mg? As in, is that safe to do? Just trying to avoid another trip to the docs!

Hi Georgina, yes it’s just the same.

I quite often use my 10mgs if I run out of my 30mg and I'm.fine.

When I was on 30mg I had to take a 10mg and a 20mg as you can’t get one 30mg tablet.
