I'm seeing the dr this morning, and I have no idea what I'm going to say, I feel I'm wasting his time, he will think I'm nuts, all symptoms of anxiety I guess, sitting here crying now as I really can't cope. How do I start the conversation of how I feel.
Amber just go to the docs and explain how u feel tell him u r feeling low but dont know why i had the same thing and when i got to docs i just broke down like eveything was getting to much for me he prescribed me 10 mg citrilopram which i have been on 8 months it has helped me but still get anxious days but can manage them better medication isnt always fir everyone but i felt i needed them to take the edge of how i was feeling . Hi thanks for replies I've seen dr she did all usual checks and proscribed protranalol for the anxiety. I've also got to go for blood tests and an ecg so I guess she's covering all bases, I feel better now I've been.
