Hi there, I’m a 30 year old male who has been suffering from consistent impaired visions, dizziness, head pressure and exhaustion for 5 days now.

My vision struggles to focus especially on moving objects, Similiar to double vision it feels like I’m not looking through my own eyes sometimes.

At night around 8pm i lose all my energy and when i sit down i get the ‘spins’ sensation you get when your drunk like my neck cant support my head.

Throughout the day i have a constant mild pressure at the back of my head & neck and spells of dizziness.
I have no idea what is causing this but my doctor suggested getting an eye exam?
Could anybody give me some suggestions on what may be causing my symptoms?
