Dry Dead Skin and wrinkled lines on my Penis

i have had this problem for 3 days now. i accidentally put perfumed soap instead of my non perfumed soap to clean my penis. But now my penis has wrinkled lines and dry skin. I have attempted to run it under hot water but my penis reacted quickly which appeared to be really sensitive and painful. Does anyone have a solution?
