Why would you want to have a dry orgasm. Holep is a good procedure but it is how good the doctor is. There is a 35 % chance that you will not have a dry orgasms. You had a good doctor.
I had a dry orgasm when I was on Flomax It sucked no feeling at all just flat. Be happy that you don’t have it.
