It sounds like giant papillary conjunctivitis. Do you wear contacts?

I’m not aware of having bumps on the inside of my eyelid so can’t see it being this
You can’t feel the bumps it usually just feels a bit scratchy or like there is something in your eye.
it could be a corneal abrasion though. Have you had your eyes examined by an opthalmologist? Have you had your eyelids turned inside out and all that sort of thing?
I had an eye test and was told eyes are super dry hence the eye drops, but no turning of eyelids.
