Does anyone with dry eye syndrome get pains in there eyes x
What kind of pain? Dry eyes creates the pain of feeling you have sawdust in your eyes, yes I have that pain.

Pain on the eyeball? Under the eyelids? pain behind the eye? pain in both or one?
It seems to be behind the eye mostly just my right eye and it feels like a heavy feeling been to see the optermetrist at the hospital and they jut said it was dr eyes but I am not so sure x

The optometrist presumably checked everything through the slit lamp, so best would be to go back to your GP. Maybe you need a deeper examination?
Or could it be blepharitis? That can affect one eye only and could be described as a heavy feeling. Look it up and see if the symptoms gel.
