I have dry eyes-i forgotten how to spell medical name of it-starts with a P. Any suggestions how to cope with and manage. Thanks

Its best to use Artificial tears ( Drops). If that doesnt work see your doctor who may prescribe antibiotic eye drops to reduce inflammation. If you have a blocked tear duct you may need treatment to unblock the duct.

Best advise i can give os try not to rub your eyes, it only makes it worse. When just sitting pop a cool cloth across your eyes, to rest them.
