In the picture it is a bit dryer than usual because it took some time to take the picture.
Im uncircumsized and have had frenulum surgery which resulted in tighter foreskin. Before the operation my glans was really pink and elastic, no dryness. Now when i pull my foreskin back it sticks to the surface of my glans and is dry and flaky. The excess flakiness can be removed by rubbing oil or warm water, but it comes back. This picture is taken after just using running water daily on it and leaving it be. Can u please help me? Is it normal dryness or some infection?
Haven't had sex for half a year. Not sure if related to sex.

Hi Sam. I think you probably have Ballanitis. Go to your GP and he will probably give you a prescription for an anti-fungal cream. Don't worry - he/she will reassure you. Good luck Jonno
Hi Sam. I suspect you have what is known as balanitis. I have had the same proble although never had any dificulty in pulling my very flexible foreskin back and back - even though I have qite a large glans. Go see you GP. He/she will probably prescribe an anti-fungal crem (Cromgromilate) which, I am told, you can buy over the counter. And don't be embarassed - the box gives nothing away.
