Don't know why my glans look like this. I use clotrimazole twice a day. Does anyone have any idea what I may be experiencing?
You need to tell more details. It's looking a bit dark reddish. do you have any itching, burning ? It might be because of urinary tract infection or just skin irritation of your glans.
No itching what so ever. Just dryness
How long have you been using the clotrimazole? Do you wash your penis with soaps and stuff like shower gel?
A little over a year. No just wash it with water. Idk if it may had been cause I air my glans out too much or something. It only came up when i took the pic
My understanding is that antifungals are only meant to be used for short periods of time - this would either suggest it is not a fungal issue or you are constantly exposed to a source. Not sure what you mean by this at all: " It only came up when i took the pic ? ?
Looks like chronic balanoposthitis. Creams won't work, you need circumcision to get rid of the problem.
