Dry penis skin after unprotected oral

Hello! Two weeks and some change ago, i had unprotected oral sex with a sex worker. I didn't intend for it to be unprotected, but in the moment I let it happen. Afterwards, they wiped me down with a wet towelette. I didn't think it was enough so later in the car I put some hand sanitizer on my penis as well, twice. Enough to feel some burn, which meant to me that it was working. All around stupid decisions were made. Today, I noticed some dry skin on my penis that goes away from getting wet. Here are some pics:

There's no itchiness, discharge, pain or anything, just dry skin. I'm planning on going to the doctor soon but am hoping to get some feedback sooner. My thinking is that I messed up my penis biome through the whole hand sanitizer mistake and now my penis is dry. I had also been masturbating regularly before and stopped recently so now it's easily noticeable. The other, worse scenario would be that it is an STD but I'm not sure what. Maybe early gonorrhea / chlamydia / syphillis? Has anyone had any experience with the early stages of STDs? Or did the hand sanitizer thing just do some damage.

So I got tested and all the STD tests came back negative (gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, HIV). I waited about 2 weeks and 6 days to get tested. Would that be good enough time for an accurate result or should I get tested again later down the line?

If it’s not any of these, what could the issue be? It hasn’t come back since that day, but I did notice a bit of pain on the side of my shaft after masturbating. After examining it, it looked like friction burn, but I used lube so I’m curious if it’s still possible to get those even with lube. Maybe I’m a bit too tough on it? Since then there hasn’t been any major reoccurrences, just some random mild itches but those could totally be mental?

Anyone got any thoughts?

hand sanitizer is almost straight alcohol so you dried out some very sensitive skin. use a cream for sensitive skin and it’ ll be good. I’ve had the same issue before
