Sometimes my penis shaft is really dry , like where my penis ends and my pubes start , it's only dry when my penis is really soft tho , also I have dots appearing on my penis that weren't usually there before but they aren't raised and comes in pairs of twos I have had unprotected sex months ago , but recently I have not , what is this ?

Those pics look fine. I'm not sure which dots you mean, but they might just be Fordyce spots, which are normal. If being dry is making it uncomfortable, then any moisturiser should help, or maybe a different soap or shower gel. (don't use soap for the glans and above the scar line though, or if you do, make sure it's completely washed off).
