I have had this red dry patch on my penis head for almost 3 weeks now. A couple times it looked like it was drying out but becomes back like this again. It's a little itchy as it feels dry to the touch. I shower very regularly so wouldn't make sense it being a hygiene issue. Seems to temporarily feel worse after taking a bath like after this photo. I've been putting a fragrance free moisturizer that contains Shea.
30 year old. Circumcised. Same sexual partner for years. Any clue to what this could be. Could it be ao sort of infection? Eczema? I do have Eczema on my hands but have never had it anywhere else.
any input at all?
