Hey, so I've been getting extremely dry in my scrotum area. The skin is dry and shiny. Can someone help? I've tried all types of moisturizers and nothings worked.

Dry leathery skin is often caused by a condition known as lichen simplex. Have you also been scratching the area over a period of time? This can make the skin tougher or more leathery.
Lichen simplex is often associated with conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.
So do you also have a pre-existing skin condition?

Honestly no, it doesn’t itch. It does get really irritated through the day while I’m working moving around and on my feet to the point where it starts to kind of burn.
I currently do not have any pre-existing conditions.
From the pictures that’s what it looks like? I have never had anything like this my whole life down there. It’s making me nervous.
Sounds like your job requires a lot of walking and you may be quite sweaty.
This is a long shot and your doctor may already have examined you. Check between your toes tonight- do you see white flaky skin? If you do, then you have tinea pedis (fungal foot infection) and this is often associated with tinea cruris, a fungal groin infection. Your doctor may already have tried fluconazole, but a more effective treatment is oral terbinafine tablets, over a period of 2-3 weeks.
