For about 2-3 weeks I've had what looks to be dry spots on my penis. At first I thought it was just ashy from me not putting on lotion after getting out the shower, but even after applying lotion you could faintly see a circle on the shaft. Now I do masturbate without lubricant, so I'm hoping that is the problem and not some type of disease or something of the sort. I do not have a history of any skin conditions, and I haven't had unprotected sex ever.

Any medicine or methods to treat it? Or will it go away on its own?
u would need to go to a doctors to get the correct medication
