So, what you need to start with is good penile hygiene in place to as far as possible stop infections from occurring - so if you do not shower every morning then you need to at least wash your entire groin region and fully dry it.
With the larger lump you need to treat the infection, however you may need to release the ingrown hair otherwise you may simple get ongoing problems with it.
What you need to do is next time the skin is broken and you release the pus check whether you can see the hair - if you can get a fully sterilised clothing pin or small needle and try to encourage it out over, or it may simply come away altogether.
To clear the infection you need LIQUID antiseptic - get a very small amount undiluted on a fingertip and place it on the wound. Apply 3 or 4 times per-day and it should begin to heal within 3 or 4 days.
Continue to use the liquid antiseptic at least 1 or 2 times daily until the wound has completely healed over.
With the other bumps you have it is possible you have something similar going on with them, so each day you apply the the liquid antiseptic also put a small amount on each of the other bumps and it is possible these may also heal
Hey thank you so much for replying, the larger bump had gotten smaller and a little hard, i cant seem to find an i grown hair. as far as the other bumps what antiseptic do you think would be best?
My preference is for liquid antiseptic as this helps remove infection quicker than cream or lotion versions
As long as the liquid is for use for treating cuts and grazes to the body any should do the trick - I am in the UK the 2 main brands I suggest are tcp and dettol
