So like 4 weeks ago i noticed a a dry spot on my penis. wasnt itchy or painful or anything so i thought nothing of it. it didnt go away so i started to wonder what it was and thought it was jock itch since i started to get a little itch down there. i got a spray and have been using it which has calmed the itch and redness but the dry spot was still there. The first few pics are from a couple of weeks ago and the last one is what it looks like now. the dry redness has almost gone away but now there is a singular tiny almost blackhead looking like mark in the center of where the dry spot was. I have had sex before but everyone i was with claimed to be clean. I do go to the gym daily and for multiple hours. just wondering what others think it could be. HSV? HPV? some other std? psoriasis? jock itch? any insight would be nice.
