Dry/sticking skin after phimosis

Hi guys, I’ve made a lot of progress in curing my phimosis problem through lockdown but I’m having a problem with my foreskin becoming dry and sticking to my glans. I’ve tried washing it everyday as well as just washing it once or a few times a week but it still keeps happening. I wash the foreskin with warm (not hot) water and dry it thoroughly. Anyone else fixed this kind of problem? Would I be best to use some sort of cream? Thanks

Is there ANY form of body wash involved when you wash your penis? So yes, I can see you have tried to achieve some balance on the amount of washing you do - you should be able to wash with water only after each time you urinate or ejaculate and for this not to cause a problem.
You do not mention whether you regularly masturbate or are sexually active - the relevant issue being whether you apply anything to your penis for these?
In terms of creams the best thing to is to keep it natural, the things you could try are Aloe Vera based products such as gel but the quality of these may vary widely, SHEA butter is another, however I have never tried this.
The one that I use is a good quality Liquid Coconut Oil, you can apply this regularly after you have dried yourself after taking a shower, or for masturbation or sex - as long as barrier methods, such as condoms are NOT being used. All you need is a very light coating.
So for the sticking itself, I would try applying a light coating on the head and foreskin of your penis every other day - ensure there is no saturation underneath your foreskin as this could cause an issue …
