i nedd help . its scaring me. dryness and itchness with burning. little white dots inside on the bottom. what could this be treatment!!??

hi, it looks as though it might be lichen planus, that causes itching and especially burning. I have it, and also have the tiny white spots inside. You need to go to your Dr and get checked out.
