i noticed these bumps and seem to me getting more especially one has gotten bigger with a few more bumps around it. Is this normal?

any advice on what this could be and or if its normal is appreciated
They may be simple angiomas but they look more like angiokeratomas,maybe forming in the Fordyce glands. They are not harmful but may start to itch if you get a lot. You really need to let your doctor, gynaecologist or dermatologist have a look at these and maybe do a biopsy.
