Hello! I feel so worried about these symptoms. I've been experiencing them for 2 years now, and they happen basically everday. I feel worried sick that I might have a big problem or that I'm gonna lose my sight with retinal damage or perhaps a brain tumor. my power is 5 in both eyes fwiw. I get dull/piercing pain behind both of my eyes, and i get light flashes in the corners of my eyes, accompained by a throbbing headache. sorry if im being ridiculous, i'm a hypochondriac and i have bad anxiety :(
When was the last time you saw an optometrist/optician? If its more than 2 years ago then make an appointment to see one just to get your eyes checked.
If your eyes are OK it sounds like a migraine. Could this be anything to do with the stress and anxiety of Covid and lockdowns?
A good idea to see your doctor to get checked over and hopefully get some advice.
