For the last fortnight I've had this dull red mark on the glans.
It appeared after anal sex.
Is it thrush? There is no other redness but some itchiness at times ans a slight burning sensation. Could it be thrush?
are you talking about round ring shape on penis head?
The roundish patch on the head. Is it thrush? There’s some itchiness in the foreskin but nothing else.
it looks similar to something i have,
it has not been medically diagnosed for me but i suspect it to be lichen planus.
if it is this then, i would say reduce stress, be as healthy as possible, keep skin hydrated, avoid soap etc on penis, moisturise penis with oils and skin repairing cream.
from what i understand it may stay for years and it may flare up even after it may go.
doctor may perscribe you steroid cream, but it is to be used with caution.
yet it looks mild case and hopefully it will get better with time…
keep an eye on it and consider seeing a doctor, even then doctors dont understand this condition and it is hard to diagnose.
