38 Male here. So 2 weeks ago while bending over my rather low for my height bathroom sink I felt this momentary sharp pain in the upper left abdomen. Since then I have a constant dull pain in that area which sometimes seem to move further down the left abdomen. It has also seemed to have brought lower back pain which is quite sharp. Further to this I got bloating constipation and light brown stool which i do get from time to time over the years but seemed suspicious how it all coincided as I haven't had it for a while. Being quite an anxious person researching the symptoms I started worrying about pancreas related issues and got an appointment with a gastroenterologist today. He was very reassuring that this is most likely muscle strain related and will run an ultrasound blood test and stool test. Ultrasound seemed ok and now waiting on the other results. I also have seemed to have developed nausea and lack of appetite around meal times. Hard to tell how much is genuine or just the anxiety messing with your head. Has anyone experienced similar issues relating to sudden / awkward movements and anxiety producing long term abdominal pain and other confusing digestive symptoms?
