DVT Worries

Good Afternoon everyone, So I am 29 year old male, 175 lbs and last night I was sitting down doing something and I got one a charley horse from hell. It was bad. When it went away, my leg was sore and still is somewhat sore but not excruciating. I also noticed a warm feeling in my calf that comes and goes. It feels warm but isn't so when I touch it. I haven't noticed any swelling but my mind naturally went to DVT as that is one of my bugaboo health fears even though I haven't flown in years and haven't been bedridden due to surgery recently. How many of you struggle with DVT? I have been told that if you have DVT then it will a constant pain and not just muscle soreness. Also i have no family history of clots. I think me googling stuff is what started this spiral of anxiety. My doctor's office is closed today but i may give them a ring on monday. so far today i have had no leg pain and have only had some warmness that has come and gone.

googling just causes anxiety and really doesn’t help because it doesn’t pertain to your individual situation.
Charlie horses are very common. Doesn’t sound like there’s any reason for you to have a DVT.
dvt can cause red or discolored skin on the leg, pain, also swelling of that leg., A feeling of warmth on the leg. Many times DVT goes unnoticed and dissolves on its own. The pain will get worse and not better with time or rest.
google Will always give worst case scenario situations when there could be 100 other reasons for some symptom. You can let your doctor know but chances are everything is fine. My advice is to stay away from Google for symptoms. Take care
