Hi Paris the same thing happened to me it was Christmas bonus that they owed me from way back maybe yours is for the same thing.

Hi Paris, it could just be that its some random amount they owe you and they are possibly doing end of year, your normal payment will go in on your designated date, don't be suprised if come next month they take the £10 of you

I got a letter last year they realised that they hadn’t paid me for 5 years. I assumed it had just stopped .... got £50 paid in just after Christmas
