Dying at an earily age?

So for the past 2 years I have been getting the feeling that I would be dying at a young age. Not neccessarily soon but I do feel that my death is in about 10 years. I don't have any anxiety problems nor am I really worried. All I feel is that I have some sort of disease, I sometimes feel that I am unable to perform any actions, sometimes I get chest pain and other times my blood pressure goes low. Is that a disease or something?

What is the history of your family longevity?  Are your parents still alive?

Sometimes when we have parents that die young...we hold our breath until we get past that age.

Always important to know what our family members died from to keep up with our health especially in those areas.

What do your doctors tell you?

I'm sure a lot of people go through the same feelings, me for one. When people close to us pass and you hear of others you may have known that get ill you start to over evaluate every little ache pain and sniffle, then you google it and before you know it it says you should have died yesterday!!!!

It's easy for anyone to say your being stupid or get over it but it's always in the back of your mind. Lifestyle and age is catching up on everyone but wishing your life away by worrying is not going to help you. Take a step back and look at what you have and live for the day.

Have you lost some-one who died young.I lost my mother at a very early age she was 53 and all those years i thought i would die at that age i was speaking to my gp one day and told her about this and she said that was understandable. i think you need to speak to a gp or a councillor to just to put your mind at rest. I am know 66.

Fluctuations in blood sugar and adrenaline can cause one to feel intermittently weary, weak, old, even ill.  Have you tried limiting caffeine and carbohydrate so as to better stabilize these variables?

Transient loss of blood pressure when standing is strongly correlated to those same fluctuations.
