Hello everyone. Every time I pee, it's burning. And pain. (EVERYDAYY) And it's been 2 years. There is no Uti or Sti. Drinking water is the only thing that eases it. All my test results are clear. Even the cystoscopy is clear. Anyone like me?
Last year I felt like that… I pee as if it feels like hot. If I was in the outdoor the whole day and pee, it feels like burning. Did you hurt yourself? did your pelvic or lower body hit on something hard?
In my case, I injured my perineum, urethra part was included. I am sure that the pain was caused by inflamed urethra and the burning sensation was caused by the nerves in the inflamed urethra.
It started with uti and Bv. The infection was cleared, but the pain and burn remained. So, how are you feeling now? What did you do for treatment? Thank you for your reply. 
I actually got a UTI 7 months after that but it was due to Typhoid fever and a soar throat that I was unable to drink water for 3 day… now, I am still having discomfort urinating but much better than before… and I forgot to mention. Drinking water actually eases it. I drink more than an liter of water.
Don’t literally take my word for this. I am not an expert and your condition might be different than mine. According to what I know, damaged soft tissue usually recovers in 2 years. I never did cystoscopy nor inserted anything in my urethra except a urologist inserted his finger on my anus to check my prostrate which was fine according to him.
Is it more like a pinching burning pain and the faster the stream the worse it is?
No it is not worse when faster. Pain starts with urination.
Do you ever have random stinging in your urethra? Does the concentration of your urine affect the intensity of the burning?
No i dont have stinging in my urethra. Maybe so rare. And yes, concentration of my urine affects the burning. If I drink too much water, there will be less burning.

No, still same… My doctor told me he thinks it’s interstitial cystitis. So i have changed my diet and started Elmiron. I don’t feel much different
Do u feel burning only after urination or while sitting or in relax mood also … because I am also having burning after urination and some times if prolong sitting also

I have enlarge prostate but this is from last 2 years but this symptoms didnt come to me … burning started just 2 weeks before with antibiotics also not going I m taking medicine for prostate also … Dr is saying its prostatitis it will take time to heal … Mean time I had done PSA test, ultrasound, urine and blood all are normal except Enlarge prostate …
