It took about 6 weeks I think for me and they didn't contact me they contacted my doctor and I only got to know about it when I had a appointment to up my sertraline.
They may be waiting for your Doctor and that can sometimes take time
Personally I would try not to worry. There are going to be some changes regarding mental health. The test were not very friendly to this problem and the government is changing back to a more understanding outlook.
