I’ve struggled with really bad health anxiety for almost a while year.. pains in my body.. stomach problems heart palps and more!
All tests have come back normal.. but over the last couple of weeks.. I’ve started to get shooting pains in my ears now and then!?
Is this really anxiety?!
Anyone else had this?
Hi. Never had ear pain but stomach problems and heart Palps for definite. Get your ears checked by your gp. Do you take any medication for your anxiety?? X

You need to tak with your GP and explain your problems, your GP will help yo by deciding what your pathway should be.,, you have had various tests and now after a period of normality you are again having problems.
Have you any idea why you have reverted back to this problem, you need help to understand any reasons why you are suffering this condition.
Are at College or Uni ?
