Early morning hunger and vomiting. Does this sound like acid reflux? Please help. I need answers

I am in my mid-20s and i have had problems with nausea and vomiting for years. It is at its worst at night. If I do not have a snack right before bed or a large enough one, I wake up between 4:30-6:00 feeling incredibly nauseous. If i stand up when i get like this, I vomit. If i eat a snack at this point, most of the time I will feel better after 20-30 mins and can go back to sleep. Otherwise I vomit about 1-3 times and it tends to be very strong acid, sometimes bile (i feel like i am gasping for air for a few minutes and cannot breathe because it is so strong). After half an hour, again, I feel better and go back to sleep. When I get hungry in the day time, I start to feel very shaky, lightheaded, nauseous and need to sit down. If I eat a snack, I improve quite quickly. However, i do not get heartburn and can drink things like orange juice without any problems. It is purely the state of hunger which triggers these issues. Does this sound like acid? Blood tests are always normal - I have not got diabetes, thyroid issues, deficiencies etc. Please help if you have any idea of what this could be.
